T The Financial Ombudsmen
What does the Financial Ombudsmen mean?

Any financially related complaints should be regulated by the financial ombudsman, if you feel you received unjust treatment from a financial institution. They are the main “pacifiers” between you the customer, and them, the financial service/institution. So, in case you feel you need help regarding mortgage related financial issues, financial transactions through banking institutions, life insurances, the market of investments (stocks & shares), all medical or pension plans, then you can freely contact the financial Ombudsman at South Quay Plaza 183 Marsh Wall London E14 9SR.

Pension plans related complaints can be redirected to the Pension Ombudsman, excepting the marketing related aspects of such plans which are mostly to be redirected towards the above mentioned Financial Ombudsman. The Pensions Ombudsman can be reached over the phone at the 020 7834 9144 number, while their physical address can be found at 11 Belgrave Road, London SW1V 1RB.

Problems/questions/complaints related to the National Savings and Investments dept. can be addressed to the Parliamentary Ombudsman, which’s physical address is 18th Floor Millbank Tower, London SW1P 4QP, or you can contact them by phone at the 0845 015 4033 number.

Last, the Legal Services Ombudsman serves for addressing complaints about legal related issues, but especially if you feel you have been mistreated by a legal professional such as a lawyer, then the Legal Services Ombudsman further examines the problem. You can contact the legal services Ombudsman by telephone at the following number: 0845 601 0794. Also, the office of the legal services Ombudsman can be found at 3rd Floor Sunlight House, Quay Street, Manchester M3 3JZ.
