L Local Search
What does Local Search mean?

Usually the conveyancer is the one who will watch over this aspect in the event you are buying a property. Local search simply implies the release of a certificate (which is usually done by the local authorities), on which there will be annotated important aspects regarding the property you wish to buy. For example, certain restrictions and obligations which might be your primal task after you become the title holder. Most of the times these are duties, or notifications which might not even appeal so much to you, once you are the owner.

There might be displayed such simple aspects as there you have no easy access from the main driveway because of the repairs to the road, and up to more complicated matters such as there are planning permissions for the building of a commercial complex in the very vicinity of your home. These are all aspects you need to know in advance, so that you can decide whether you really want to buy a property which lies under too many restrictions or planning permissions.
