L Land Registry Fee
What does Land Registry Fee mean?

The land registry fee is payable to the governmental land register department, and it is required usually when certain adjustments need to be brought to the records existent, after the sale of a property for example.

For instance, in order to change a property description, or the name, address or description of any person n the register you will have to pay a fee always depending on the value of the property and other factors as well. The same applies whether you wish to enter in the possession of some official copies of the documents, or for the transfer of registered land.
