H Home Buyers Report
What does Home Buyers Report mean?

It is basically a valuation of the actual condition of the property you wish to buy. So, before any proceedings you should ask for a home buyer’s report, which is a professional opinion and investigation at the same time of the property itself. It is an official document which will contain such important information about the property which you cannot always observe by just simply visiting it.

Sometimes it even exceeds in length 15 pages, and the price you have to pay for it most of the times depends on the real market value of the property; however it should not exceed £500.

The inspector who will examine the property will note down all those elements which need repairing for example, so that you know what other costs you will have to support once you buy it.

Consider looking for a home buyers report especially if you are buying an older house, because you always have to know what to expect.
