F Form 53
What does Form 53 mean?

Form 53 is that utmost important document which testifies that you paid your mortgage loan in its entirety, the property is yours, and this is being acknowledged by the lender himself through Form 53. It basically is the document which certifies that you are liberated from under debt, and on it will usually be displayed the County/District, the title number, property, the date of completion and other personal data.

The Form 53 testifies that you are the rightful owner of the property, and up until you put is up as collateral for contracting a bank loan for example, nobody/ no institution can make any claims towards it.
