C Contract- House buying
What does Contract –House buying mean?

A housebuying contract refers to the document which is a bilateral accord between the property seller and the property buyer. By this document basically the buyer becomes the future rightful owner of that property if he/she agrees to all the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract and signs it.

The house buying contract does have a legal aspect, and the whole process basically involves two documents which are alike and each party gives his/her consent to the stipulations found in the contract.
