What does Booking Fee mean?

The booking fee is basically similar to the administration fee or arrangement fee payable by a borrower when a mortgage lending is in process. A booking fee can be either required to be paid in advance by the borrower, or it can also be added to the loan amount, be it a fixed valued or a variable valued rate mortgage.
